Le Programme de Croissance Economique dans le Secteur Agricole (PCESA) constitue le troisième programme d’appui danois au secteur agricole. Il comprend deux composantes et quatre sous-composantes.
Le but global du programme PCESA est de contribuer à une augmentation de la productivité, des valeurs ajoutées et des revenus agricoles en vue de contribuer à une croissance économique nationale et une réduction de la pauvreté.

Die größten Herausforderungen der Agrarpolitik liegen derzeit in den Bereichen Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit. Die „nachhaltige Modernisierung“ der chinesischen Landwirtschaft ist auch ein wichtiges Element zur Sicherung der Ernährung.
Le projet « Promotion Economique et Développement Local dans les zones excentrées du Maroc » (PEDEL) fait partie de l’Initiative spéciale BMZ sur la stabilisation et développement au Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord (MENA). A travers ces projets d’initiatives spéciales, le BMZ veut aider à créer des perspectives économiques et sociales pour les citoyens de la région MENA.
L’objectif du Projet PEDEL s’énonce comme suit : « La performance économique des acteurs locaux dans les provinces pilotes s’est améliorée ».
Ziel des Projektes ist die Erhöhung der landwirtschaftlicher Produktion und der Erlöse, um zur Ernährungssicherung der Zielgruppen in den Provinzen Atacora und Donga beizutragen und um die aus dem Klimawandel resultierenden negativen Konsequenzen zu lindern.
Das Projekt umfasst 3 Handlungsfelder:
Die Agrarwirtschaft Togos ist wenig entwickelt. Die Produktivität landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe ist gering, die Marktanbindung unzureichend und die ländliche Bevölkerung verharrt in traditionellen Verhaltensmustern. Neben den Primärproduzenten gibt es im ländlichen Raum nur wenige kleinere handwerkliche Betriebe der Agrarverarbeitung. In der Primärproduktion handelt es sich um Kleinbetriebe und Produktionsgruppen. Frauen werden in ihrer produktiven Rolle besonders benachteiligt. Hinzu kommt die Landflucht, vor allem der männlichen Jugend.
Das Vorhaben „Wirtschaftsförderung und ländliche Entwicklung in benachteiligten Gebieten Marokkos“ ist Teil der Sonderinitiative „Stabilisierung und Entwicklung in Nordafrika und Nahost“ und trägt damit zur Zielerreichung der Sonderinitiative bei. Ziel der Sonderinitiative ist es, durch die Unterstützung politischer und wirtschaftlicher Transformationsprozesse einen Beitrag zur Stabilisierung und Friedenssicherung im Nahen Osten und Nordafrika zu leisten.
Depuis 2007, AFC Consultants International met en œuvre au Bénin le „Fonds d’Investissement Agriculture“ financé par la coopération financière allemande (KfW) et coordonné par le Ministère de l’Agriculture de l’Elevage et de la Pêche (MAEP) du Bénin. (1) Complete the mapping of land use inventory and land use zonation for all Bago Region. This will strengthen the Bago regional government's capacity to oversee and monitor the current situation from state to village tract level, assess and adjudicate compliance (or not) to policy requirements and evaluate land development alternatives based on sound principles.
