Short-term experts_Capacity Development Measures for the State Fund of Youth Housing Construction

The conflict in the east of Ukraine that emerged in 2014 significantly impacts the well-being, social and economic living conditions of Ukrainians living there. As of August 1, 2020 there are 1 450 798 internally displaced persons (IDPs), i.e. people who fled the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk to resettle in government controlled territories, who are officially registered with the Ministry of the Social Policy of Ukraine.

Ukraine_ Team Leader_Institutional and Policy Reform for Smallholder Agriculture

The project, EuropeAid/140723/DH/SER/UA, will support ongoing policy and institutional reforms in Ukraine’s Agriculture and Rural Development(ARD) sector based on an approved strategic action plan and the association agreement between the EU and the government of Ukraine. The project will notably contribute to more inclusive, competitive growth-orientated agriculture that respects the environment, increases rural incomes and slows down rural-urban migration.The project will operate at central but also at decentralized government levels.
