FrançaisThe objective of the GIZ project “Promotion of Financial System Development in DR Congo” is to facilitate the usage of financial services of MSMEs. It is located at the Central Bank of Congo and covers three areas:
(i) financial literacy and consumer protection,
(ii) financial inclusion through the development of financial services and
(iii) strengthening of the Central Bank’s capacities.
Consulting services are tendered in the area (iii) whereby the internal risk management of the Central Bank of Congo shall be strengthened. The consultant will coach the sub-division for risk management in analysing the central bank’s internal risks. Risk cartographies will be elaborated with and for the departments at the Central Bank’s headquarter in Kinshasa and for some regional offices. The consultant will also contribute to the development of recommendations for risk mitigating measures.
The consultant needs profound experience in central bank advisory and risk management of financial institutions.
