FrançaisThe Programme aims to support Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) in clean technology sectors in development and market introduction of innovative products, processes and services.
The Project Executing Agency (PEA) is the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) which shall be supported in introducing financial instruments which are tailored to the specific needs of innovative MSME in these sectors. Thereby, it aims to contribute to ecologically sustainable development in India and the global environmental and climate
protection.
The Team Leader will among other:
Co-ordinate the project’s management and implementation
Manage and supervise the project
Ensure the project outputs and outcomes
Ensure proper reporting in the required form and with the required content
Serve as the one-stop interface for the management of both the PEA and KfW
Advise the top management of the PEA as required
Qualifications:
Qualification and skills:
University education (M.Sc., MBA or similar level)
General international professional experience: Minimum 10 years
Specific professional experience:
Leading and coordinating international teams in multi-cultural context, monitoring and
evaluation, writing and editing management reports; in policy development, stakeholder
dialogue and capacity building of energy efficiency professionals;
Relevant subject-matter experience in India
Working experience in emerging and developing countries, especially in India
