
The framework contract is an EU instrument designed to support the European Commission (EC) Directorates-General responsible for implementing External Action, including the Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR), the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO), the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI), and EU Delegations. The objective of this framework contract is to assist the European Commission in implementing its policies by enabling the rapid mobilisation of experts across various technical fields, offering a faster alternative to standard tender procedures.
GOPA AFC is a partner in the consortium for the EU’s SEA 2023 Framework Contract Lot 3, demonstrating its responsiveness and expertise.
