Institutional Capacity Building of Indonesia Eximbank The experts will assist Indonesia Eximbank during four field visits and enhance staff capacity in energy efficiency finance and advisory services. In addition, the expert will perform the following tasks: Assist Indonesia Eximbank department heads with their review of energy efficiency finance products and risk models and explore cofinancing options such as the Clean Development Mechanism Undertake stress-testing of models to verify risks and their impact on claims payment. Review the existing risk management model and assess its adequacy to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of Indonesia Eximbank business in energy efficiency finance. Propose appropriate changes for adoption by Indonesia Eximbank that are in keeping with Berne Union guidelines Provide hands-on training to enhance staff members’ knowledge and application of energy efficiency finance products Provide to the advisory unit on-the-job training and guidance on marketing and promoting energy efficiency finance products to commercial banks and chambers of commerce, and related documentation in hard copy and for the internet Lead workshops to maximize market awareness of Indonesia Eximbank products Discuss findings with Indonesia Eximbank management Submit inception, interim, and final reports, as well as regular post-workshop reports, to ADB and Indonesia Eximbank
