Monitoring program to support the European Union agricultural sector policy Phase 2 (AGRI 2)

The Project aims to  help improve farm income for small farmers while taking into consideration the preservation of natural resources and climate change, by supporting the implementation of the Green Morocco Plan

Activities to be provided

Mission1 & 3 & 5:

  • Perform a critical analysis of the implementation of Morocco’s agricultural policy (Plan Maroc Vert) and particularly of Pillar 2
  • Perform a critical analysis of the implementation of the EU's support program
  • Provide relevant and feasible technical and operational recommendations

Mission 2 & 4 & 6:

  • Perform a critical analysis of the implementation of Morocco’s agricultural policy (Plan Maroc Vert) and particularly of Pillar 2
  • Perform a critical analysis of the implementation of the EU's support program
  • Assess the performance indicators and targets of the program
  • Provide relevant and feasible technical and operational recommendations
