The overall objective of the project is increasing the competitiveness of the apiculture sector in the target provinces and the purpose is to enhance the competitiveness of the SMEs in the apiculture sector in the target provinces.

It is expected at the end of the project: institutional infrastructure that will increase the competitiveness of the apiculture sector in the Black Sea region established and access to business development services by regional SMEs (producers of industrial apiculture products) ensured.

The aim of this contract is to enhance competitiveness of the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the apiculture sector. Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will realise activities on business development services and the establishment of institutional infrastructure which includes developing a road map, organising workshops, preparation of business plans and strategies, providing and training human resources, establishing and accrediting the quality improvement and certification centre.
