Green and inclusive promotion of small and medium sized enterprises / Improving marketing and export advisory services for agri-food businesses in Algeria

Background

Within the cooperation with the Algerian Ministry of Agriculture, Rural (MADR), the GIZ, in partnership with the Algerian National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRAA), is in charge of implementing the project 'Programme d'appui au secteur de l'agriculture, y compris dans la gestion de l'eau, l'agro-industrie et la pollution agricole (PASA)'.

Algerie_Programme de certification de qualité des dattes de Biskra en Global GAP et en mode biologique

L’objectif général de cette mission consistera à accompagnement des groupes cibles (Producteurs et conditionneurs) de la Wilaya de Biskra pour la certification en mode de certification biologique et Global GAP des dattes sur palmier dattier et conditionnées. Les certifications concerneront les groupes cibles sous forme de groupements ou en individuel.

Technical assistance in the programme: Creation of new agricultural and breeding farms in Algeria

The project aims at supporting and the reinforcing the institutional capacities of actors involved in the implementation of the programme “Creation of new agricultural and breeding farms (PCNEA)”. It also aims at promoting training and the integration into agriculture of Jeunes Entrepreneurs Agricoles et Ruraux (JEA & JER) (Young agricultural and rural entrepreneurs) to combat youth unemployment, especially of those having a diploma. 

The technical assistance comprises the following intervention areas:

Elaboration des plans de gestion de 17 sites Classes sur la liste Ramsar des Zones

Le présent cahier de charges a pour objet de fixer les conditions de participation à l'appel d'offres, national et international restreint, portant élaboration des plans de gestion des sites, classés sur la Liste Ramsar des zones humides d'importance internationale, et l'élaboration d'une base de données cartographique pour les 17 sites, le tout regroupé en un seul lot, présentés dans le tableau 1 ci-dessous.
