
PECA’s "Project “Professional Education for Economic Growth Sectors in Central Asia” overall objective can be summarized as follows: The capacities of professional education systems in Central Asia to provide qualified specialists and managers for economic growth sectors in the region are improved.
Qualifications:
- University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in education studies, vocational pedagogy or other relevant fields of study
- English C1 and German B1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
- 10 years of international professional experience in developing further education & training systems
- 8 years in educational governance and management in the field of further education & training ; profound knowledge in the development and introduction of demand-oriented STCs
- 8 years of technical, i.e. content-related management of STC-related projects
- 3 years of experience in projects in former Soviet Union countries, of which 1 year in projects in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and/or Uzbekistan
- 6 years of work experience in DC projects
- 3 years of experience in managing financing and/or subsidy agreements with contractors
Start / Duration:
The duration of the assignment is envisaged to begin from August 2022 to April 2024
