Value chain development support services in the Highlands region

The contract shall be for the overall coordination, management and support to the implementation of the component 3 (rural agriculture) activities. Training will be provided to upgrade and update on technical fields and new technologies based on a demand approach. Business plans and feasibility studies will be worked out. At local administration level, the programme will support governance initiatives through studies, policy development, strengthening of monitoring with the aim to facilitate and strengthen the link between local administration and rural communities in terms of rural economic development funding.
