Mission court terme d’un état technologique du secteur de la transformation de l’eau de rose marocaine

Le projet « Promotion Economique et Développement Local dans les zones excentrées du Maroc » (PEDEL) fait partie de l’Initiative spéciale BMZ sur la stabilisation et développement au Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord (MENA). A travers ces projets d’initiatives spéciales, le BMZ veut aider à créer des perspectives économiques et sociales pour les citoyens de la région MENA.

L’objectif du Projet PEDEL s’énonce comme suit : « La performance économique des acteurs locaux dans les provinces pilotes s’est améliorée ».

Contribution to the sustainable management of cedar wood in the national part of Ifrane

The project aims to to improve the technical, organizational and financial prerequisites of the forestall cooperative “Al Hassania” and to promote new contract relationships between sawmill operators, the forestall cooperatives, as well as the forest administration.

Type of Services to be provided

German-Moroccan Excellence Centre for Agriculture – Phase I+II

The objective of the German-Moroccan Excellence Centre for Agriculture is to provide training to specialists and executive staff in the agricultural sector which allows them to use new technology and means of production in order to achieve a sustainable increase in yield and income. The excellence centre will be a good example for innovative and business-oriented private consulting and training services in the agricultural sector and it will be established sustainably and will also be financially and institutionally recognised.

Modernisation of irrigation farming in the perimeter of Gharb, Haouz and Souss

The objective of the project is to support farmers and their partners (such as professional organisations, consulting services, private companies, etc.) to attain a sustainable agricultural production of territories reconverted to drip irrigation.

Services provided include:

Valorisation of genetic resources / Nagoya protocol – Phase I+II

While the first phase focused on supporting the development of a legal and organisational framework for the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol, the second phase aims at enabling the first steps for the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol at national level.

Three fields of intervention have been identified in order to achieve this objective:

Promotion of economic and rural development in disadvantaged regions; Field of action "Set up and structuring demand-oriented extension services“

The programme “Promotion of economic and rural development in disadvantaged regions” is embedded into the German Government’s special initiative “Stabilization and Development in the Middle East and North Africa”. The expected outcome of the programme is to improve the economic performance of the local population in the provinces of Ouarzazate, Midelt, Tinghir, Tata, and Zagora. These five provinces which are partly located in the High Atlas mountains belong to the poorest provinces of the country.

Monitoring program to support the European Union agricultural sector policy Phase 2 (AGRI 2)

The Project aims to help improve farm income for small farmers while taking into consideration the preservation of natural resources and climate change, by supporting the implementation of the Green Morocco Plan

Assistance technique au programme d'appui de l'Union européenne à la mise en œuvre du plan gouvernemental pour l'égalité

Cette mission d'assistance technique vise à soutenir le programme d'appui à la mise en oeuvre du plangouvernemental pour l'égalité au Maroc à travers la fourniture de services d'expertise long terme et court terme,le développement d'études, diagnostics, évaluations, enquêtes, etc., l'édition et la publication de différentslivrables ainsi que l'organisation d'événements (séminaires, conférences, conférences de presse, ateliers).
